If you are interested in booking the Lucas Learning Center, Breakout Room or P-069, you can see if they are available in your web browser.
The old room wizard is not the best way to look up the availability of the Lucas Center conference rooms. Although it is currently being updated, the information is being added by hand and the information may be a day old. Go to http://sundial.stanford.edu After entering your SUNet ID and password, you will see your own agenda, if you don't use it, don't worry about it. Below the page header is a row of icons. Click on the Agenda icon 
On the next page type in one of the following in the "Search" Box: CR LUCAS P083 RLCP083 is the big room, P080 is the breakout room. P069 is the room in the basement of Lucas 1 at the bottom of the stairs. Then select "Resource Search" and click on "Find" near the "Search" box. The calendar name will appear in the box below. You can click on "View" or "Add to favorites" to save you steps in the future. Don't select "Add to favorites with designate rights." If you add to favorites, the next time you enter Sundial a drop down menu with your favorites will show up next to the row of icons.
