Research Interests:

Dr Yeom's research interest includes development of PET instrumentations. In particular, novel detectors and readout electronics for PET multimodality imaging. He is currently working on SiPM detectors and intelligent readouts for TOF-PET and PET/MR systems.

Integration of PET with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) without mutual interference
Advanced time-of-flight (ToF) PET photon detectors
